- All course materials—including videos, PDFs, presentations, assignments, branding, and logos—are the intellectual property of Spruce Lifeskills.

6. Attendance & Certification
- Certificates are provided only after completing all required sessions, submissions, or assessments.

Spruce Lifeskills may remove participants violating conduct guidelines without refund.
