At Spruce Lifeskills, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs, online courses, and learning resources. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.


1. No Cancellation Policy

Once a student registers and makes the payment for any course, workshop, module, or training program, the enrollment is considered final.

  • Students cannot cancel their registration under any circumstances.
  • Requests for course cancellation, withdrawal, or transfer to another program will not be accepted.

2. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Spruce Lifeskills are 100% non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Course fees
  • Registration fees
  • Admission fees
  • Digital product fees
  • Workshop or event fees
  • Any payments made through online or offline modes

Refunds are not provided in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal reasons (health, travel, exams, workload, etc.)
  • Technical issues on the student’s side
  • Non-attendance or incomplete attendance
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Inability to access or complete the course

3. Non-transferable

  • Paid fees cannot be transferred to another student.
  • Course enrollment cannot be shifted to another batch or program.

4. Digital Delivery Clause

All our courses and materials are delivered digitally.
Since access is provided immediately or within a short time after payment, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.


5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to the No Cancellation / No Refund policy unless explicitly stated in a written agreement by Spruce Lifeskills management.
