Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Spruce Life Skills (“Spruce,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your trust and strives to deliver quality education and skill development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for our programs, courses, and services.


1. Course Enrollment and Fees

  • All course fees and registration charges must be paid in full (or as per the payment plan) at the time of enrollment or within the period specified by Spruce Life Skills.

  • Once a course has been purchased or enrollment has been confirmed, it signifies that the learner has agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned on the website and in the admission documentation.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at info@sprucelifeskills.org.in before the commencement of the course.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration and before the course starts may be considered for partial refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.

  • Once the course has started, no cancellations will be accepted.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be governed as follows:

  • Before Course Commencement:
    A partial refund (up to 80%) may be granted if the request is received within 48 hours of registration and before the course begins.

  • After Course Commencement:
    No refund will be provided once a batch has started, digital content is shared, or classes have commenced.

  • Course Cancellation by Spruce:
    In rare cases where Spruce Life Skills cancels or discontinues a course, a full refund will be provided or an option to transfer to another course will be offered.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited through the same mode of payment used for enrollment.


5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration and administrative fees

  • Digital study materials or e-learning content once accessed

  • Workshops, webinars, or short-term training sessions

  • Any customized or one-to-one mentoring sessions


6. Transfer of Enrollment

In exceptional cases, a student may be allowed to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course at Spruce Life Skills, subject to management approval and payment adjustments, if applicable.
