Since these are digital products, no physical shipping is involved.


2. Delivery of Course Access

  • After successful registration and payment, course access details (login credentials, links, schedule) will be sent to the registered email ID or WhatsApp number within:
    • 0–24 hours for self-paced courses
    • 24–48 hours for live/mentor-led programs
  • If access is not received within the mentioned time, students may contact us immediately.

3. Delivery of Digital Materials

  • All learning materials (documents, assignments, recordings, etc.) are delivered online via:
    • Student portal
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • LMS platforms
  • Materials may be released module-wise or in full, depending on the course structure.

4. Incorrect Email or Phone Number

Spruce Lifeskills is not responsible for delivery delays due to:

  • Incorrect email address
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Spam/junk filters blocking emails

Participants must ensure accurate contact details during registration.

  • No couriers or physical packages are sent.
